From "Thoughts in Solitude"

My Lord God, I have no idea where I am going.
I do not see the road ahead of me.
I cannot know for certain where it will end.
Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think I am following Your will does not mean that I am actually doing so.
But I believe that the desire to please You does in fact please you.
And I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing.
I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire.
And I know that if I do this, You will leave me by the right road, though I may know nothing about it.
Therefore, I will trust you always,
although I may seem to be lost
and in the shadow of death.
I will not fear, for You are ever with me,
and You will never leave me to face my peril alone.

We are each on a Journey. It's important to undersand that the path each of us are on is unique to us. Some will tell you your path should be this or that, some will tell you your path is wrong, and still others will tell you how to fix your path. You are given free will by God to help you. You may not forsee yourself where he plans for you to end up, but no matter what you choose in life, he will use your "meantime" to help you learn, grow, and evolve into the person that he sees in you. As long as you have love, kindness and prayer in your heart you will find the path he intended for you.

My prayer for you...Hebrews 13:20-21
